They can contact us through email to sales@cn-jalja.com. As long as we receive reporting from customer, we would acknowledge their report within 7 days; then providing regular updates to customer on our assessment and remediation timeline.  We will inform the assessment outcome and if applicable, informing them when this is resolved.

How to Report a Security Vulnerability

If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability in one of our products or services, we ask you to report it directly to us so we can investigate and resolve it appropriately. Please use the following process:

● Contact us at sales@cn-jalja.com

● Include:

○ a detailed description of the suspected vulnerability,

○ The affected product(s), version(s),

○ Steps to reproduce the issue, if known,

○ Any supporting materials such as screenshots or logs.

As a standard, we will provide 5 year support and will publish here Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure

Finally, once we receive the PSTI report, we will sign the Statement of Compliance (SoC) and publish online via our website http://en.cn-jalja.com/contact
